Back to being a gym rat and counting calories…

My problem is that I’ve maintained my current weight for 3 weeks now.  I’m so close to my initial goal of 220 that it’s becoming frustrating to watch it stay there out of reach.  So I’m rededicating myself to the ‘diet’ thing.  Ugh, that word has such a foul taste.  So I’m back to 6 days a week at the gym and ~1800 calorie days for the next month.  Fun.
